Dr. Shabbir Hussain isn't a competent Doctor. He doesn't examine his patients! I recently had a sick visit with him at the Toronto cloud care center and he didn't listen to my heart or lungs, didn't feel my abdomen. His stethoscope never left his neck. He took no medical history, didn't ask if I took any medication, and my Blood pressure wasn't even take. He was rude and dismissive. Although he trained in Houston, Texas his bio's never list where he went to medical school. He isn't boarded by the USA in Family Medicine, he is only a Diplomat which means he is a foreign medical grad and took foreign medical boards . His medical care is substandard to say the least. This location receives a negative rating from me - a licensed physician from the US.
I just visited the Cloud Care clinic today for a walk in appointment. The clinic is nicely decorated, modern, and clean. The front desk is very professional and efficient. My appointment was for 12:30pm and I was taken in exactly on time. Dr. Elancheliyan Ambalavanar arrived seconds after and even apologized for making me wait! (I only waited for about a minute or so). Dr. Ambalavana was fantastic. He is kind, a great listener, non judgemental, and clinically astute. He dealt with my condition quickly and made me feel at ease. This is exactly the kind of physician that everyone wants and I highly recommend him and the clinic. Very impressed with this clinic - there is even a pharmacy on site which makes it very convenient to get your Rx filled. Thanks again guys for all your help! Norman...
Family doctor at this clinic is excellent. Used mostly for walk In but now establishing care for future.
DR . Gupta is extremely knowledgeable in alternative treatments for chronic pain management, including medical uses of Marianas. Great bed side manor and good listener. Chronic Pain Toronto a patient advocate group in Toronto has consulted with him and endorses him. Contact Kevin Hall of Chronic Pain Toronto for further objective referral. [email protected]
This clinic is a true hidden gem! The staff and facilities are top of the line, up to date and innovative for the future
Went in for routine STI screening and had three VERY major issues: 1. Was told by the doctor that rectal and throat infections could be detected via a urine test (they cannot). 2. My samples were left unlabelled in a basket with other unlabelled samples until I insisted they be labelled immediately. 3. Tests that I did not authorized were performed on my blood sample (hey guys, ever heard of informed consent?). This clinic is best avoided, clearly.
