Ratings for Dr. Fraser Fellows
I feel stupid for not having read the reviews on this doctor prior to going to see him. Like several of the posts have explained, he is creepy AF. Perhaps he feels that the years he as spent practicing gives him immunity to his out of line behaviour. DO NOT, and I mean DO NOT accept any referrals to this doctor. His commentary and choice of words spoken lead me to believe he enjoys his job a little too much and in ALL the wrong ways. Please ladies keep clear!
I am currently pregnant and was referred to Dr. Fellows by my family doctor. I had an appointment with Dr. Fellows this morning and I have to admit, I felt very uneasy the entire time. As comments below have stated he shied away from my request to have a nurse in the room by quickly dismissing my request and stating that the hospital is a busy place and nurses aren't always available. I decided to endure this without the presence of a nurse, but the more I thought about it, the more I see a pattern with the comments on this website. If you are referred to Dr. Fellows, maybe, decline the referral and ask for a different doctor. You may save yourself from a potential predator.
I thought I would chime in on this one in response to the entry made on April 14. I had been referred to Dr. Fellows several times 4 to be exact, by my GP. Thought at first I didn't think anything of it, the post below made me reflect on several occasions where Dr. Fellows may have crossed the line. To say the least he presents himself as a stand up and very in touch with his patient type of doctor, however some of his comments, during procedures have left me a little uneasy. The comment below made me realize that maybe I wasn't the only patient he had been unethical with. Several comments made during the procedures were of a nature unrelated to the procedure itself, but directed at the look and anatomy of my private area, which made me very uncomfortable. This however would only occur in the times a nurse was not present in the exam room. 3 out of the 4 times I've had been referred to Dr. Fellows, the exam took place with no nurse or attendant in the room, which I found odd, considering my GP always ensures there's a nurse during my examinations. Food for thought, that perhaps he is not the great guy everyone else seems to make him.
This man is a pervert. Unethical, pervert. Do yourself a favour and if referred to Dr. Fraser Fellows in London, ON do not attend and have your doctor make different arrangements. He is praised by the older women, while he preys on the younger less experienced.
I seen Dr. Fellows over 25 years ago, after suffering for several of my teenage years, undiagnosed. He was so kind and gentle, not to mention quick to correctly diagnose and get me some much needed relief. After all these years, I still hold him in the highest regard.
